BRIAN FERSCHWEILER
Executive Director
A long-time advocate for people struggling with poverty, Brian has years of nonprofit experience. He has been chief executive of the Portland Council since 2016. He previously led the Clackamas Service Center and Blanchet House, both in Portland. He's a graduate of Jesuit High and Washington State University, Vancouver.
CHRIS GREIVELDINGER
Board President
A Vincentian volunteer since 2016, Chris is passionate about helping people in need. He became a software engineer after earning a doctoral degree in physics from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor's degree from Notre Dame. He and his wife live in NW Portland, and are members of St. Pius X Catholic Church.

MATT NIEHAUS
Finance Manager
With St. Vincent de Paul since 2020, Matt graduated in accounting from the University of Portland after attending La Salle High School and Holy Family Grade School. He worked in Asia and the United States during more than 30 years in the sports apparel business.
CRAIG LOUGHRIDGE
Emergency Services Manager
With St. Vincent de Paul since 2017, Craig has a master's degree from Marylhurst University, with a particular interest in nonprofit management. He previously managed a real estate business, and worked as a journalist. He has many more years' experience as a community volunteer.
